Breath. Inhale and Exhale
Breathe into all that you are; All of your truth
Breathe into the ways you express this truth
Breath out what is no longer needed
With each breath, let your brain, body, nervous system, consciousness, spirit and soul integrate what is appropriate and aligned for you.
With the breath give yourself permission to release what doesn’t have to be a part of your experience now
Breathe into what is being activated now
Breathe into what is aligned now
