empaths are first responders

Empaths Are First Responders because they feel everything first…often before events occur. Empaths often leap before they look when it comes to helping others. Like a fire person who runs into the fire to save lives, Empaths, run into the energy (consciously or unconsciously) to heal situations, circumstances, people, places, things, etc. We are naturally wired to heal experiences that are not healthy, not aligned, not operating at full capacity. However, this can leave us drained and depleted. So, for this reason, we have to learn strong boundaries. We go into the energy that we have been assigned to attend to; Yet, we have to protect our own energy field at all cost. We have to make sure we are shielded and guarded as we interface with denser energies. This is all part of our learning curve as empaths.
