A few reminders during times of stress:
Shower daily
Clean your sheets at least once a week
Keep your living space tidy
Eat healthy food
Stay hydrated by drinking fresh water
Get outside
Breathe fresh air
Unplug from technology at least once daily
Spend time with healthy humans
Remove drama from your life
Remove clutter from your life
Say positive things and practice being peaceful
Breath Practice (3x per day)
I give myself permission to heal now.
I am deactivating negative thought programs now.
Deactivate 3 Things – Fear, Worry and Anxiety; Self-doubt, Self-Criticism, and Self-Sabotage
I am activating new thought protocols now.
Activate 3 Things – Peace, Calm, and Hope; Strength, Courage and Laughter
I am reprogramming my thoughts and feelings now.
Gratitude 3 Things (pet, people, place, clean sheets, income, friends, nature, ocean, stars, etc)
I give myself to permission to heal now.
Brain reset. Heart heal now. Nervous System Remain Calm. Done
