Healing Reset Exercise

A few reminders: Shower, Clean Your Sheets, Keep Your Living Space Tidy, Eat healthy food, drink water, Get Outside, Breathe Fresh Air, Unplug from Technology at least Once Daily, Spend Time With Healthy Humans, Remove Drama from Your Life, Remove Clutter From Your Life, Say Positive Things and Practice Being Peaceful

Breath Practice (3x per day)

State out loud and/or do the following:

  1. I give myself permission to heal now.

  2. I am deactivating negative thought programs now.

  3. Deactivate 3 Things – Fear, Worry and Anxiety or Self-doubt, Self-Criticism, and Self-Sabotage

  4. I am activating new thought protocols now.

  5. Activate 3 Things – Peace, Calm, and Hope; Strength, Courage and Laughter 

  6. I am reprogramming my thoughts and feelings now. 

  7. Gratitude 3 Things (pet, people, place, clean sheets, income, friends, nature, ocean, stars, etc)

  8. I give myself permission to heal now. 

  9. Brain reset. Heart heal now. Nervous System Remain Calm. Done

Live as peacefully as is possible in your day-to-day experiences. Live in joy and happiness often.
