self-evaluation and reorganization

Sometimes we want something on paper that our heart and spirit do not want whatsoever. Sometimes, we are used to being in a state of cognitive dissonance, so calm waters are uncomfortable. Sometimes self-sabotage is all we know. Self-sabotage can be corrected as we develop cognitive skills and strategy. With awareness and breath, we can clear the energy of what no longer serves, as well as create a new strategy for living that aligns with our authentic truth. Awareness is key. Breath serves as an alignment tool. It helps our brain and body sync. An oxygenated brain becomes a clear focused brain. A clear focused brain can contribute to self-regulation and a healthy life strategy.
