working through anxiety, stress and depression

There are so many different reasons that people experience anxiety, stress, depression, panic and mood dysregulation. There are at times, genetic factors or environmental conditions that contribute to these emotional states. Some people experience seasonal mood disorders, such as a seasonal depression around holidays, anniversaries or birthdays. Sometimes, moods and emotional states are impacted by dietary issues. Some foods could exacerbate certain experiences. For example, sugary foods, rich foods and caffeine can make people feel sluggish with low mood or jittery with anxious mood.

When addressing mental and emotional health, it is important to also maintain physical health with appropriate nutrition and moderate physical fitness. As you embark on your mental health healing journey, you may need to consult your HIGH CONSCIOUS primary care physician, psychologist or therapist, nutritionist, dietician, physical fitness trainer and/or wellness coach. Make sure the healer is a high conscious being aligned with your energy signature.

In addition, commitment to making authentic decisions, as opposed to following what everyone is doing is important. In fact, listening to your gut and following your instinct can do wonders for your mental health. This alone, can alleviate so much anxiety, depression, panic and worry. Listening to your own soul over the opinions of others can at times be the most grounding practice you can employ. Listening to wisdom from experts can be tremendously helpful, but please do not discount the power of listening to your own heart, soul and body.
