2022 equals new you
As we move into this new year, let’s consider doing an internal and external review of 2021. What worked? What didn’t work? What helped? What was definitely NOT helpful? Whatever made you feel emotionally safe, grounded, protected, loved, nurtured, seen, heard, comforted, honored, valued, peaceful and self-regulated…well, take those things into 2022. If there are any thoughts, patterns, cycles of behavior, chaos, drama and dysregulating people, places or things, I strongly recommend that you alleviate these things from your experience in 2022, if you can. Be diligent about protecting your energy, mindset, thoughts, feelings, actions, etc. You can transform your life into a masterpiece by practicing simple steps of self-love and self-care regularly. Belief in yourself and your worth will help you navigate relationships better. Completely own your power to be who you want to be…and you will be just that person!
