Intrusive Thoughts, Ghosts, Nightmares and Scary Things

  1. How do I deal with invasive or intrusive thoughts? What are the coping strategies?

  2. How do I cope with emotional heaviness associated with trauma from my past?

  3. How can I get rid of nightmares? Why do I have nightmares if I am a lightworker?

  4. Why do intrusive thoughts, negative images and painful memories keep happening?

  5. Is this a delayed reaction from things I never dealt with? I’m confused because I thought I dealt with all of the pain already.

Coping Skills:

  • Connection to Divine Teams - Prayer/Meditation

  • Declare Who You Are

  • Deactivate What You Don’t Want

  • Activate What You Want to Experience (upload new mental software)

  • Be practical. Don’t watch or read or listen to scary/disturbing things before bedtime, if at all.

  • As an empath, you may be holding space for others going through what you are experiencing. Clear the energy.
