Empaths work with tension. We have since we were very young. Part of our learning curve is to master tension, rather than allowing it to overwhelm us. We also have to learn to work with our Shadow. Once the shadow is integrated with our Light, we become empowered to have a no-nonsense approach to transmuting energy that does not serve.

Don’t be afraid to speak up and check a negative energy that is trying to interfere with humanity’s growth and healing. Everything has transmutation potential. In other words, if the conditions are right and energy is aligned, things can change for the better, no matter how challenging the circumstances are.
