feel into what you’ve done before
You are now aware that fixating and focusing on the negative past can be detrimental. This can keep you stuck. You’re doing the work, so you know that staying in the now moment helps you maintain focus and keeps you self-regulated.
However, revisiting past experiences that were pleasant can also be useful when you need to activate some new energy. There are parts of you that remember everything always works out for you.
So, in this moment, allow that to be your focus. Remember, reclaim, and celebrate who you are and what you have already done. It may not be that big of a deal to other people, but it IS and WAS to you! Whatever you did, was major! It was a key that opened up a portal to victory.
When attempting to activate or reactivate your energy, consider something that you have already done. It’s best to think of something thrilling, fun, exhilarating. Can you find that thing right now? Can you imagine having the time of your life? Was there a past experience that was just everything…even if lasted just for a few moments?
